Hey there, I’m Arianne.
Life is stressful enough right now. Let me walk along side you in support of a happier, healthier you.

Philosophy
My philosophy comes from my personal experiences as a former college athlete and cancer survivor. Through these experiences I learned the power of perseverance and taking a “no surrender” approach. I believe each individual has an untapped reserve of inner strength. My hope is to help you find that for yourself, regardless of what you’re fighting.
Experience
I have experience working with individuals looking to transition from one career to another, people suffering with disordered eating and exercise addiction, first responders processing trauma, and athletes hoping to overcome mental and emotional barriers in order to enhance their athletic performance. My focus is on helping you feel more mentally, emotionally, and physically grounded as well as more confident in your personal life.
Approach
Strong Side Counseling seeks to support individuals 14 years and older through all stages of life. I recognize that all individuals are unique and therefore may benefit from different therapeutic approaches. I often utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness based approaches.
Sessions
Strong Side Counseling offers one hour (50-minute) in person and video Telehealth appointments, utilizing a HIPAA-compliant platform to ensure client privacy. I offer a complimentary 15-minute phone consultation for prospective clients in order to confirm I align with your needs and address any inquiries you may have before starting treatment.
